Here are two new class action settlements that are currently live. The first one is for those of you who purchased BrainStrong DHA Supplement products ($8) and the second is for people who purchased Kombucha Beverage products ($35). Note, there is no proof of purchase needed to claim what is owed to you, so you don’t need to go searching for old receipts. Read more below:

The products included in this class action are:

- Enlightened Kombucha: Botanic No. 3, Botanic No. 7, Botanic No. 9, Citrus, Gingerade, Multi-Green, Original
- Enlightened Synergy: Black Chia, Cosmic Cranberry, Cherry Chia, Gingerberry, Grape Chia, Green Chia, Guava Goddess, Mystic Mango,
- Passionberry Bliss, Raspberry Chia, Strawberry Serenity, Trilogy
If you have purchased any of these products between March 11, 2011 and Feb. 27, 2017, you qualify. You can get up to $35 with no receipt and $60 with a receipt.
To file a claim, you must have this claim submitted no later than 5/30/17.

BrainStrong DHA Supplements
If you have purchased BrainStrong Supplements for Adults, Kids or Toddlers between January 1, 2011 and March 4, 2016, you are eligible. You can claim up to one per person ($8) and two per household ($16).
To file a claim, you must have this claim submitted no later than 6/19/17.
