There is a program run by Johnson & Johnson called their Friends & Neighbors Program. This is a way that you can test out their products for free. Not only can you get full size freebies through this program but you can also get Visa gift cards. Some of their product testing campaigns will offer up these gift cards when you leave feedback about the products that you have tested for them. It is a really great program and completely free to join.
