Here is a class action settlement that is available for anyone who purchased Metagenics products that were labeled “Medical Food” since Nov. 9, 2011. Metagenics products include UltraMeal Plus, UltraMeal Plus 360, UltraGlycemX, and UltraClear. Keep in mind, there is no proof of purchase needed to claim what is owed to you, so no need to go digging through old receipts. The deadline for signing up for this settlement is 4/26/19. To be determined. Each Class Member’s award will depend on the number of products purchased and the number of valid claims submitted with no proof of purchase.
